PERSPEX® Splashback is a premium decorative cast acrylic sheet range developed for splashbacks, wall panels and interior cladding applications where a clean, modern appearance and lightweight construction are important. It is particularly popular for kitchens, bathrooms, caravans, mobile homes and commercial interiors where durability, hygiene and easy maintenance are essential.

Compared with traditional glass splashbacks, PERSPEX® Splashback is significantly lighter, making it easier to transport, fabricate and install. It can be cut, drilled, shaped and customised to suit individual projects while providing a seamless decorative finish that is simple to clean and maintain.

The range includes high-gloss PERSPEX® colours, sophisticated PERSPEX® Naturals satin finishes and decorative ASTERITE® speckle satin finishes, allowing designers, builders and homeowners to select the ideal finish for contemporary residential, retail and commercial spaces.

Important Application Note

PERSPEX® Splashback is ideal for wall protection, bathrooms, laundries, caravans, cabinetry, decorative wall panels and general splash zones. It is not recommended for installation directly behind gas cooktops, open flames, ovens or other high-heat appliances unless the installation has been specifically assessed for suitability.

For high-temperature cooking areas, materials such as heat-rated glass, stainless steel or aluminium composite panels may be more appropriate. Always confirm heat clearances, adhesive compatibility, installation requirements and applicable building or gas regulations before installation.
